As reported by Science Daily, Tuesday (11/8/2009), hundreds of meteor will invade earth on August 12 evening, or rather last night. In Indonesia meteor was seen in the morning at 3 - 4:00 am. Meteor was named Perseid meteor. The name was taken because the meteors fall from the constellation Perseus. But it is also claimed meteor fragments derived from comet Swift-Turtle is formed when crossing the inner orbit of the Sun. Indonesia are among the fortunate to witness this natural phenomenon. But unfortunately, the meteor is only visible white spots that are not too obvious. Here are some photos of 'sightings' Perseid meteor across the world.
